Study
Abroad
In Summer 2025, I was fortunate enough to experience an unforgettable study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain.

I studied abroad in Barcelona where I enrolled in The Psychology of Art. While the course initially seemed unrelated to my marketing major, I quickly discovered strong connections between psychology, art, and marketing. I explored how colors, shapes, and designs influence emotions, shape perceptions, and drive decision-making—insights that directly connect to consumer behavior, branding, and advertising.
Beyond academics, my time in Barcelona was transformative on a personal level. Immersing myself in Spanish culture strengthened my language skills, adaptability, and independence. Navigating a new environment, engaging with locals, and experiencing the city’s rich history gave me a global perspective that I will carry into both my studies and future career in marketing.
This experience not only deepened my understanding of how psychology and creativity intersect in marketing but also helped me grow as a more confident, adaptable, and globally minded individual
